It’s always been a long time dream of mine to be flexible and be able to do the splits! I’m not a gymnast or a dancer, so it’s always been more of a personal goal! Yoga was really great to help me learn balance and stability, but I wasn’t making major flexibility gains. That’s when I found Meghan Lalor’s class! Within 3 sessions I was a few inches away from a front split! I was nervous to start at first because I was recovering from a broken foot, but she is incredible at making sure you’re properly warmed up, staying aligned, and not over doing a stretch. After quarantine started in March I figured I’d be losing all of my progress, but Meghan was on top of it by offering Instagram live videos!

I highly recommend anyone try a stretching class even if it’s something that might seem out of your comfort zone and Meghan is the perfect trainer whether you’re beginner or advanced. She can tell what your limits are and is able to teach you from there. Not to mention she does it all while holding a smile and keeping you focused and smiling when you want to give up!

I loved you're stretching classes! I liked that it was not just stretching but also a bit of workout, I liked the playlist and the rhythm of the class. But what a truly loved the most was your energy, you really motivated me so much! They helped me a lot, most of all those that are saved on Instagram cause sometimes due to the Time zone I couldn't take part at the live.
