Hey There!
I’m Meghan! I am super excited that you are motivated to start to work on yourself. You have found someone that will be in your corner to support you in your goals. You will learn new proven techniques that will help you gain flexibility and decrease your day to day pain. Aches and pains are common as you get older, but most people don’t know how to overcome them – you’re not most people. You are taking the next step and making yourself feel better. You will be gaining world-class knowledge so you don’t have to worry about improper training or potential injury. You can be confident that I will put as much time and energy into you as I do for my own training.
Stretching
Stretching is for you if:
You have motivation to stretch, those who enjoy stretching, current athletes to be able to cross train/do certain skills, previous injuries (recovery stage depending on injury), people looking to regain range of motion.

Dance
Dance is for you if:
You want to learn ballet, jazz, contemporary, modern and more! If you want to learn any of these styles of dance you have come to the right place! I teach privates and group classes!

• Adults who want to learn dance basics
• Adults with Parkinson’s
• Progressive Ballet Technique
Acrobatic Skills
Acro is for you if:
You are looking to improve basic body awareness to be able to execute acrobatic skills! Skills I teach are used in rhythmic gymnastics, dance, and yoga! I teach privates and group classes! Basic skills like:
• Cartwheels, aerials & acro
• Chest rolls & elbow stands
• Specialty/contortion skills
• Special skills to add to solos & dances
Movement with Meghan is not for you if:
• Experiencing a current or recent injury that still affects range of motion
• A child under 6 or extreme beginners
• Not intrinsically motivated
• Not committed to your practice
• Not a hard worker
About Meghan
Meghan is a former level 10 elite rhythmic gymnast who went on to pursue dance and receive her BFA in dance from Fordham University/Alvin Ailey School. She has competed and performed all over the world and received top training from elite coaches and attended many of the top dance schools in the US. She is also one of the trainers for Stretch Like a Gymnast that was created by Train Like a Gymnast. Her goal is to be able to help others with all of the knowledge she has learned through her years of training. Movement with Meghan offers one on one privates in person or on zoom, and also group classes in person or on zoom.
